These pop-up events subscribe to our ‘Life Design’ model, which seeks to identify and address the behaviours and circumstances that stunt people’s growth and prevent them from flourishing. Our Popup Wellbeing Days aim to help you and your employees recognise the early signs of stress and develop mindful practices that can be implemented to enhance both personal and professional wellbeing.
Set-up time is typically 9:30am with an ideal running time from 10am until 3pm.
Our team include:
Mindful Meditation
Michelle Pattenden is a qualified master reiki practitioner and hypnotherapist who has spent over two decades working within the mental health industry.
Michelle appreciates that whilst a lot of us would like to adopt more meditative practices, we often lead busy lives that can make them seem impractical. During these intimate sessions, she aims to help participants enter a deeply meditative state and equip them with the tools they need to soothe the mind and embrace a slower pace,
During the event, Michelle will be running 45-minute mindfulness meditation sessions, using breathing techniques and practical processes to relax and reduce the stresses of modern life.
REFLEXOLOGY & MASSAGE
Naomi Wilson is a qualified holistic therapist and member of the International Federation of Aromatherapists
and the Association of Reflexologists.
Naomi is passionate about the powerful impact that holistic therapies can have on our wellbeing, working to help combat the many stresses that can have an adverse effect on our physical, emotional and spiritual selves.
During the pop-up, Naomi will be offering 10 hand reflexology hand or Indian head massage sessions to help relieve tension and aid relaxation. These sessions will run in 30-minute slots with a 10-minute break in between.
